The effective game time of our Escape Rooms is 60 minutes, while a City Adventure can last up to 2 hours. Please arrive at our site 15 minutes before your game starts for the introduction into the game through your game host.

We give a different age recommendation for each of our different Escape Rooms. Some rooms require a minimum age of 16 or 18. You can find more information directly on the view of the room. If no age recommendation is given, young people under the age of 18 can play the rooms on their own if they are accompanied to the game location by an adult. Together with their parents or an adult companion, younger children can also solve the exciting rooms. Our missions have been developed so that all age groups can play together without difficulty. For our youngest guests aged 6 to 12, we offer our children’s Escape Room Anne Bonny’s Treasure. Kids who are clever enough to solve the mystery are in demand.
When booking online, you have the option of paying by credit card, PayPal or online bank transfer. Vouchers can also be used here. Payment on account is not possible. If you book by e-mail or telephone, we will make a reservation for you with online payment.
Yes, we offer value vouchers. You will receive the voucher either directly as a code by email or on site at the location. The value vouchers can be redeemed at any location for the entire offer/assortment at the location. In addition to games, we also sell drinks, snacks, books, etc. You can find our vouchers here.
You can leave our Escape Rooms at any time, which means, you won’t be locked in.
No, a video recording won’t take place. The cameras in the rooms are only there for your game host to monitor your game and, if necessary, to enable them to intervene.

All of our Escape Rooms and City Adventures can be played in English. Our staff will give you an introduction and offer a follow-up discussion in English and all of our puzzles are available in German and English as well.
